How long to change the size of children's diapers

3/8/2009, · My 7 ,month,-old ,baby, boy wears a size 4 ,diapers, and at night I put a size 5 on him. The next time that I buy ,diapers, I will be buying only size 5. He is really ,big, for his age though. He is 32 inches and 24 lbs which puts him in the 100% percentile for both height and weight. He already wears a 2T in clothes. So it really depends on each child.
